From order confirmation, you have a 14-day repurchase. You have 14 days to send the goods to us after you have picked up the package or informed us that you want to use your right of repurchase. (During this period you will be able to return the items you received and get the money you paid for the goods.)

You will refund all the money that you have paid for your order within 14 days. If you only return parts of the order, the rules apply to Returns (see Returns section). The distance agreement will automatically terminate when the right of withdrawal is used for the order the case applies.

Free Returns

If your WACAY purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To return or exchange item(s), you need to complete the exchange and return form included in your package. If this document is missing, your package will be sent back to you. Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Wacay´s selected postage labels, also included in your package. Drop off your package at your closest service point (dhl).

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and the items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag still attached.

Exchanges can be made to a different size or color of the product originally bought, subject to availability. Simply fill in the size/color requested in the exchange and return form.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product you will need to make a return of your order, and place a new order in our webbshop.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Wacay. We prefer that items are returned through Wacay´s return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, your invoice will be updated within 14 days.

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the homepage in detail reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
